Where is the OBD II diagnostic plug located on a 2005 Dodge Stratus?

I need to find the port that the OBD II plugs into to diagnose it. there are a lot of wires under the dashboard and in the fuse area, but not sure which is the plug. On a Nissan Sentra (08) it's sitting outside at the underneath the dashboard. Help!
