4 hour drug and alcohol test?

I went to the Florida DMV in Manatee county and they told me I have to take the 4 hour course before getting my learners permit. Is there a cl close by in Manatee county? Cost of the cl? Phone number? Other info about the cl? Before I go back there, do I need to take an eye exam because I'm wearing gles? Please list anything that must be completed before I go back to the DMV.
