I harbor a dislike for Christianity?

Sounds like you were raised a cultural christian, but never became a Christian. That was me 35 years ago. Accept Jesus Christ as your Personal Savior, and find a Fundamentalist Spirit Filled Church. I will suggest Church of God just cuz that is my Church, but it really don't matter what Church so long as it believes in The WORD.
