Can my wife claim jsa if the husband is in the army and earning 26k a year?

They expect the husband to keep the wife. I think you may be able to claim it for 6 months and then it stops, but the rules may have changed. They will nag her to death to get a job and make her feel like a low life even if she has worked all of her life!
