Is piston number one and number 8 up at same time? on 05 triton 5.4 engine?

i have a 05 ford f150 with 5.4 triton engine...my spark plug in # 1 piston is broke i want to know when the number one piston is up like is it up at same time as number 2 # 5 #8 which other piston moves up at same time as number one if you have any pictures online or website that shows picture or diagram please help and give link thanks
