I am a Pakistani, How can I get working visa of Dubai.?

I am a 26 years old Pakistani resident of Karachi city, I am a Professional Computer Operator/Desktop Publisher/Graphic Designer, I can handle MS-Office, Corel Draw, Photoshop, I can also handle photocopier/printers/fax/ and all the necessary office equipments/. I am seeking for a job of clerk/computer operator in dubai with working visa. Can somebody help me to suggest a proper way to get solution of my need.
