Clear dot on eye (cornea)? feels like a grain of sand but isn't?

I have had recurrent foreign body sensation in my right eye. Went to doc... prescribed antibiotics (tobramycin with steroid). This may have temporarilty helped however the sensation has returned. Upon close examination, I see this clear dot on my cornea. I also noticed some gunk on my cornea and was able to remove most of this. I'm gonna try to schedule a doctor's appointment tomorrow.
