Why is Israel being allowed to cut off water supplies from Palestinians?

The occupation of Judea, Samaria and Gaza ended in 1967. All of what you've listed above is only anti-Semitic reporting, it's modern and popular, but no matter how many times people repeat accusations against Israel, they don't come true.
