What type of dress is the most flattering for a person with wide shoulders, no curves, and stubby legs?

I always feel that I look really awkward/gross in dresses. I used to swim a lot, so my shoulders are wide and my arms are kinda muscley, so they look kinda big. I'm 5'3 and i have short, stubby legs, along with knobby knees. I'm absolutely curve-less, there's like maybe a little indent in my waist but definitely no real curves. Ahh I would really like to know what kind of dress I could wear that could make me look somewhat good and hide my...err lack of physical ets, so to speak. Feel free to talk about the color or print of the dress or even shoes to go with it. Thanks!
