What are my rights?!?

Call the health department, leave a nice message explaining you are a tenant and the roof has a leak and mold is forming. The health dept. will come inspect it and give notice to the owner to fix it. Take pictures yourself and write down everything, keep a timeline. Stop all verbal communication with your landlord, put in all in writing.
