Not so much one specialised shop as a street of stores with fine ICT sections - just head to the Charing Cross Road where you'll find good ranges at Foyles, Borders right opposite Foyles and Blackstone's down the road. If you're still mobile after that lot, head for the Waterstone's branch on Gower Street - near UCL.
