Mobile Phone Shop, CRB Caution?

Hi, I used to work for a mobile phone store where I was arrested for theft...I received a caution even though I was set up by another staff member this all happened in 2007. I have applied to work for another leading UK Mobile phone shop recently and have been successful but I did not state on my cv about the other store in 2007 that I worked for as I went through so much problems with being bullied there. Will the caution show up on my new CRB check? I know I should of been honest but I was scared that I would not of been taken on. Thanks
